Colquitt Countywide Study

The Georgia Department of Transportation has engaged a team to conduct a multi-modal transportation study for Colquitt County, Georgia.  The goal of the study is to ensure that the County‚Äôs current and future transportation needs are identified and solutions are developed to address transportation needs.  Study activities include coordination with local agencies, public participation, data collection, and travel demand modeling.  Evaluation activities include the development of an existing and future conditions report and the identification of recommended solutions, cost estimates, prioritization, and identification of potential funding options.  MPH and Associates is responsible for the development of existing and future conditions, improvement recommendations, cost estimates, prioritization and identification of funding options for bicycle and pedestrian facilities, airport access, railroad crossing safety, and public transit.
