Columbus-Macon-Augusta Corridor Analysis

The Georgia Department of Transportation has secured a consulting team to conduct a comprehensive study of the corridor connecting Columbus, Macon, and Augusta, Georgia.  A number of studies have been previously completed within the study area and numerous improvements have been made to the transportation system.  This study is focused on determining the remaining needs within the corridor and at identifying the most effective system improvements necessary to ensure vehicular and freight connectivity and safety between these three major cities in the State of Georgia.  MPH will lead the public and stakeholder outreach elements of the study.
